Caller immediately hung up when I answered. I called the number from my cell phone, and it immediately went to a voice mail message that said, "Thank you for calling back."  If you are not interested in our promotions and wish to be put on our 'do-not-call list', please press 1 now..."  

I never oblige these message requests with a response.  I want them to think that I dialed a wrong number, thus not confirming their initial call to me.  That would give them both my cell# and my landline# that they originally called.

I have already wasted my time checking caller Id ... I find this the perfect opportunity to vent .... have fun stringing them on etc  ....  wasted time = loss income
ALSO ....     I called the Service Provider - International Telcom Ltd - Address: 417 2nd Ave W, Seattle, WA 98119    Phone:(206) 479-5200  ...  I told them their client/customer is harassing me - they have the ability to stop this by not allowing them phone services  ...  since they chose money & turn a blind eye to the harassment reaped on public - I will continue to call them each & every time I receive this type of phone call.   I harass the providers since they allow this bullsh*t.  If more people would demand the provider take responsibility for allowing that telephone # to harass  - remember... it costs them money, if their staff & lines are tied up with your complaints,
I file complaints to the FCC  - BBB - Atty Gen (State & Federal) & every politician I can
I write 1 document & attach it  ....  I file against the tel #  &  the service provider
Remember, put pressure on the providers - they have the ability to discontinue services to these spammers.  BE HEARD

They only had the option when the recording is on to connect with an agent about my credit account.  I have excellent credit.  THERE WAS NO OPTION For NOT receiving these annoying calls.  

In the past w/ these same calls, I have pressed to connect and asked for the company name.  They either avoid answering or give me a phoney sounding name such as "Credit Helpers' etc..  No results on internet search after the call.  
ALso, if I ask for their address or call back number, they usually hang up or tell me it is unavailable,etc..  

These calls often interrupt my day, but if I am expecting an important call, I stop what I am doing to answer and then realize it is only these scammers trying to call innocent people and cause them harm.

Would be so nice if these type calls could be permanently ended as they can do people harm and intrude on people's daily lives with families, work, rest, etc..

Spam caller.  I pick-up and immediately hang-up on these fukkers.
