What To Do When You Get an Illegal Robocall; http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/microsites/robocalls
1.    Hang Up. Do not press 1 or any other numbers to get off the list.
2.    Consider blocking the number
3.    Report it at http://www.fcc.gov/complaints
4.    Report it at https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov
Register your phone numbers online at http://www.donotcall.gov or call (888) 382-1222 (must call from # you want removed).

When I receive a call from a new number I put it in my contacts list under Scum Suckers and assign it NO ring tone so at least after the first call they don't bother me anymore (I have filled all of the numbers in each and am up to Scum Sucker 47 now). Some phone companies will allow you to block a limited amount of numbers, however this is only a whack-a-mole solution but the only one I can offer.

This sham company has called me at least about every two weeks for the past two years.  They announce themselves as Account Services in a recorded message.  They come on as if they know you are paying a high interest rate.  Then they try to get you to talk to a live human low life who is going to lower your rate.  They really want your visa card number. They recently started calling my cell phone number...it seems there has to be a way of tracking these people down. Somebody out there should be able to stop them?
