Anyone knows who this is?

SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  they say they want to lower your interest rate. Pretending they know what credit cards you own. They will take your credit card # and scam you out of thousands!  REport it.

Keeps calling me and not leaving any messages....do not know this name

Called cell phone and didn't leave message.  I called them back and it was a recording from a "marketing list" and the option to remove myself from their list.  Annoying since I already am ON the do not call list.

BE CAREFUL, THIS IS A SCAM.
I just took a call from this number. The man was very difficult to understand, had a very thick Middle Eastern accent. Also there seemed to be a bad cellular connection. Anyway, he says because I am a customer who pays on time, etc with good credit history, the banks have to lower my interest rates. He said was calling from Credit Card Services. I asked "how are you going to lower my Chase, Citi, etc., cards if you are not from any of those banks? How would the banks possibly let you in to change credit rates?" He didn't answer that but tried to divert me with another question about one of my credit card balances. I said the balance due sounds right. He said do you have the expiration date on the card? And then I said no and hung up. I knew where this was heading.
