Don't know who it is - no message left

Got the same number calling me but never a message.

Telemarketer-- we filled out a thing at a fair. They want to sell us a timeshare.

This person has been calling, pretends that I owe money and they are trying to collect a debt.I keep asking them to send me a copy of the debt but they never will. Now they are trying to say I am going to court but they will be willing to settle for half the money. Claims they served me court papers over the phone. (Which they aren't allowed to do) They keep calling my sister in law and my parents. Wish I could find out how they got info on me but since they are across the USA from me it isn't worth it to get a lawyer. No name ever appears on my caller ID so I believe they are using a cell phone.

This person keeps calling, Jeff Jackson, I do not know who this is
