Seems like the latest variation of the law enforcement donation scam. These bozos have been doing this for years now, and haven't found any data to suggest that they are anything but criminals, pretending to be the opposite.

Keep calling maybe once every couple days.. Don't answer it goes to voicemail and then they hang up no message.. Seems fishy

Washington State Law Enforcement Agency. Asking for money to "help teens stop texting and driving". It seems like a scam.
