Called my house at 5:45am and woke us all up. This is a scam and I dont appreciate the early phone call

They called today about Irs suit. They are trying to scam me.  I was born at night but not last night . Idiots

Reason this call is to inform you that the IRS is filing lawsuit against you to get more information about this case file. Please call immediately on our department number (360) 284-4367. I repeat (360) 284-4367. Thank you.  1) The IRS only contact via US Mail and then Certified Mail, not by phone.  2) Call back after hours phone rings does not answer the IRS would have a recording!  3) Called back during day time and a call center in India or somewhere answers and then tell you it not IRS but want money for a different debit.  4) When you tell them that they are fraud and the IRS does not call people they hang up on you!  Some type of scammer!  Beware!  Give them no information!!!
