Had my wife concerned. Told her never call a number back without checking with me first. IRS does not call like that.

Caller left message IRS was filing a lawsuit against us. Immediately used Internet to search legitimacy. Did not call this number back.

The IRS never calls. They only write so never believe a call from the IRS.

Robo caller same as everyone else that IRS is initiating a lawsuit against me. I had to laugh since I am a tax prep office. Tried calling the number back that the message gave, nothing but a busy signal. Someone needs to shut these people down.
