Call from man at " Grant Office" informing my wife to be recipient of a government grant for $7000, including, gave a government ID number and this number to call.  My wife returned call, call answered by beeps. My wife hung up but call returned (nor sure of origin of call).  Told my wife to go to Western Union office to send $100 to cover grant delivery costs.  My wife hung up.  Don't have caller ID so don't know if call originated at the above number or if the number is a known dead line and the follow-up call was made after a set delay.
