This is a contract sales company (telemarketer) in Las Vegas, NV.
They use spoof numbers in Washington State, for their calls originating in Asia.
She said her name was Kathy and she was calling for Vanguard Computers.
Tried to sell me credit card processing services even though I told her, my business does take credit cards.
I hung up after telling her, three times, I was not available to meet with someone from Vanguard.
Called back 4 times and left messages twice.
