Message from David Brown (He is obviously calling from some East Indian country) who says they have a lawsuit filed against you and your social security number (i want to see my social security number plead innocent to all charges) and that you should call back immediately.

Do you have to be told this is a scam or is it already obvious.  Hang up on these people and DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.  They have already purchased some information to get your number.

If they catch you on the phone, tell them to submit their lawsuit and see them in court. They can't and they won't because its all bullcrap.  They have violated so many laws its not funny.  Besides that they can't sue you from India or whatever country they are calling you from on a VOIP.

I called them back just to irrate them. I know it is a scam. I asked what his name and company was. He said why do you need that info. So I know whos calling me. Then I asked where they were located and he said Washington State. I said what is the physical address and he said Mt Pleasant and why I needed to know that info. I said so I could file charges with the local authories there. He said go ahead and waste your time and money and hung up. SCAM SCAM SCAM
