Blowing an air horn into the phone DOES NOTHING.....the phone company limits the volume that can be sent through the phone. It will only hurt your hearing not theirs.
Anyway, this number is a scam, just hang up.

They claim to be US Government and says you won free grant money $9,000  I've told them I know it's a scam they cuss me out and hang up if I try to call back non working number calls stop then start back up a week or two later
