stop calling and being a nusance

Silent for a minute and then it sounded like a dial tone type sound, then connected to "jessica" and when i didn't respond, what i assume was a computer says "are you there?" Just a spam thing. Late at night.

Live human trying to sell alarm system. Why would I buy an alarm system from criminals who violate the do not call list? Caller ID says "unknown name."

this last year I am gettincg at least two spam calls a day. I am blocking calls now every day
