called at 7:32 this morning. left no message..

They said they are calling from the IRS and will file a claim against me.

It is a scam. The IRS would send you a registered letter.

This was my 3rd call in a week from 3 different numbers!  They call my cell every time.  My mother had a message and then called it back-which you NEVER do!  She said the guy could barley speak English and asked for her name and social security number.  She then hung up!  Between them and my "credit card" company calling to "offer" me a great interest rate, I'm ready to throw my phone away!!!!

Beware off the IRS scam Google IRS phone scams look it up on line or even on u Tube u learn all about it this scam was in the news paper last week. I received the same Call saying it was my Final Notice and a Law Suit call back the number bad idea. The guy told me he was Officer Read Me Fake Charges Fake case number said it was From 2008 and if I Didn't pay I was going to jail for 5 years a big fine I need a lawyer or Pay 4500$ today and the cops will not show up if I paid and I couldn't hang up or tell anybody. They sounded like there where in a zoo so loud bad English people wake up it is 2015 so many Scams out there over the phone why are people not reporting them we helping them by not doing that I hope u tell somebody . sCAm CALL SCAM Call
