Text msg on my cell said "(NOTICE) WHIDBEY_ISLAND_BANK- Your CARD starting with 4474 has been Blocked. Please call: 360-200-5135."   It is most certainly a phishing attempt. Do not call them and NEVER give out account information over the phone. A real bank will never call you and ask for your account number or info.

I received the exact same text as "Penny" above, and I don't even have an account at that bank. Text msg on my cell said "(NOTICE) WHIDBEY_ISLAND_BANK- Your CARD starting with 4474 has been Blocked.
