An anonymous caller acting as a worker for the federal reserve acts like they offer you a 9,000.00 grant but ask for 245 dollars up front at a western union,  and supposedly reimburse your money after you pay the western  union ..total scam..stay away from these Filipino sounding frauds. They need prosecuted. I looked them up. Guy says his name is John Thompson,  working for the Federal Reserve. Stay away from this fake..

Goverment grant never pay back 9000.00 dollars call this number and they will send me money to western union or walmart yeah right. He called from private number said it was for us treasury
