I got a call from this number a few minutes ago.  I decided to pick it up.  To my surprise I heard "To be connected with an agent, press 1."  If THEY called ME, why not already have a human being on the other end.  I hung up and googled the number.  Immediate blocklist.

It's a firm called CKS Collections...usually they're trying to collect on an expired debt.
