There is no refund.  Cindy will not answer you because she has no way of knowing you asked a question.  Nut again, there is no refund.  The only ones who will be getting money will be the scum calling you.  Why would you need to pay money for a refund?  Want to support terrorists?  Then pay the $200, want to be smart and have money for the holidays?  Hang up and never talk to them again.

This was a "fun" for me - kept caller over half of hour on line, asked dummy questions, (she spoke funny English) - issue wrong address, zip code, wrong conformation number , I used this b.....h  for fun. They ask me to call back to number 360 200 0978 and talk to supervisor. I didn't call back.  JUST USED THEIR TIME, make a fun conversation and ........... wait.
