Received a call from this number with a recorded message claiming to be a notification from the IRS that they are filing a lawsuit against me and that I needed to return the call. I have no reason to think this is at all legitimate.

Said it was the IRS calling me and planned to sue me so call them back at the same number. I'm on DNC list.

called and left me a message saying they are planning to sue me. I called back and the guy put me on hold to go get my "file". He had an old address of mine. When I questioned him the call was disconnected.
