Scammers giving grants for $100 money orders.. Chinaman or oriental chick might be from foreign country routing calls to American citizens.   Reported to Attorney General office.... They call and hang up wanting you to call them back... Fraud alert!!!!!!!!  They want to steal your money.  No fortune cookie kung foey!

Same deal. But it really pissed me off because they called on Thanksgiving day. I got so angry to be answering the phone in the middle of cooking, I told them I know there is no such thing as the Federal Grants Bureau because I am an accountant specializing in government and fraud. She hung up.
