calling to ask if want to save money on utilities. the number belongs to a financial investment gp in Brooksville, Fl. When calling the number back no answer or busy signal

Caller asked if they could speak to the person handling the PSE&G bill (electric utility) for the house.  When I told them the person was not available and asked if they'd like to leave a message, they said they'd call back.  

I googled the number and came up with Endeavor Securities Group in Brooksville, FL.  Called back, and no answer.
