Got the same call threatening me with a federal magistrates court.

Just received a call from "Robert Fischer" with alleged ID #17794 from the US Treasury stating that the US Treasury will be taking me in front of federal magistrate or judge.   Indian accent, boiler room environment in background.  Said I would be arrested within 40 minutes!

Got the same call from this number and it's just sad how people that do this have nothing else better to do but to scam a poor unexpecting soul. James Gaston with a foreign accent and funny how you can just tell he's reading a script and can barely pronounce certain words. What a tool.

Got a call just now with the same message. OK, Mr Gaston.....I'm waiting to be arrested. Bring it!!!!!

I received the same call and I also thought that he said his name was James Gaston, thick foreign accent.  I told him that I was recording this conversation for the IRS and was told to hold so he could obtain my information and he hung up.  I also received a call about a month ago from (276) 451-2606  and it sounds like the same person.
