I received this same message on my voice recorded at 8 PM April 13, 2016

Didn't answer the call but listened to the message..A foreign/African voice stated I was ordered by a magistrate to call them to work with me in resolving my case with the Federal Government...I have no legal issues.

SCAM - Here's what they said, "Adding an enforcement action executed by the US treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional attempt to avoid initial appearance before a magistrate judge or a grand jewelry for a federal criminal offense. My number is 352-587-9708. I repeat 352-587-9708. I'd like you to call place with us and help us to help you. Thank you."

SCAM:  I received call today.  Caller left voicemail message with foreign accent: "Hi, I'm calling to contact you regarding an important action executed by US Treasury. I'm James Atkins (Paxton of Castin?). Ignoring this will be intentional offense to award appearance to magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense.  Please call me at 352-587-9708 (Caller ID lists 352-587-9708 Brooksville, FL).  I want you to cooperate with us and help us to help you."

Same scam in regards to US Treasury, came up as Florida , no company name, just James Paxton,  352-587-9708, foreign accent,  threats used
