This is a Scam.

Just received a call from this number.  Unknown phone number so didn't answer, didn't leave a message.  Number now blocked

SCAM:  I received call today.  Caller left staticy automated voicemail message with foreign accent: "Hi, I'm calling to contact you regarding an important action executed by US Treasury. I'm James Atkins (Paxton?). Ignoring this will be intentional offence to award appearance to magistrate judge or grand jury for a federal criminal offense.  Please call me at 352-587-9708 (Caller ID lists 352-587-9708 Brooksville, FL).  I want you to cooperate with us and help us to help you."

I received a call from this number saying that I have to pay $4,000.00 to IRS regarding 2013

I think this SCAM also uses 352-279-8576 as this unknown number shows up on my cell phone id as 352-279-8576 Brooksville, FL..
