It's QVD, an outfit that specializes in surveys or research or whatever for media companies.   I guess they're legit, but they have been calling relentlessly for weeks and I don't want to talk to them--especially as they specialize in calling around dinner time.    Put their number on my phone blocker black list and they haven't been able to ring through.  Keep calling QVD, I won't know till I check my phone blocker's blocked report--and I don't do it that much.
