they keep calling me and i can't understand what they are saying!!

this phone number has called my office about 60 times today with no one on the line

I have received two calls from this number also.  What is wierd is that when I received the phone call tonight, the caller ID showed this number, but it was someone that i knew.  They were calling from their cell phone that was a totally different number than the 352-390-2185.  When you call it back, it says it is a restricted number.

Got this call at 630 pm tonight. Guy said my computer was sending him emails that I was having trouble with my computer and he was going to help me fix it. I said do you know I'm on the NDNCL and I was going to report his number for harassment. By the time I got harassment out he had hung up. I called the number back and it says mailbox is filled up and cannot leave a message.
