SMS - Scam artists similar to IPA (google - International Profit Associates - see http://www.illinoisattorneygeneral.gov/pressroom/2009_04/20090422.html "Illinois Attorney General files lawsuit against IPA for cheating!") who try to sell you some goofy consulting service and go from an initial soft-sell to a severely annoying hard-sell!  They will begin calling you and acting like they're your long lost buddy, similar to a detective agency using the soft-soap to get information.  Then they just become simply annoying.  We now just hang up on them.  Our motto, "We can be as rude as you, Sista!"  Telling them to "Remove you from their list," doesn't work."   You've got to be amazed at the time some people have.

"Arlene Hooligan" wants to drop off some information because she is"right down the street".  They won't tell you what they do until pressed and then say they are a "business development firm" .  I've probably had 20 calls in the past year.  They won't take you off the list.
