The caller did not leave any message but I did call the phone number back.  Apparently, they were trying to reach another individual on my number.  I informed her that they had the wrong number.  This individual never told me where she was calling from or her name.  She went on to say that she will remove my number from their call list.

Said they were going to sue me for a loan I nevet pulled! I was in the nursing home & I'm bedridden. They demanded a debit card, I gave them my prepaid PayPal acct number cause I was threatened w a judgment. They were rude & threatening voicemails. Please advise is this a legitimate company. No company name.

No, it is not a legitimate company.   You've been scammed.   Cancel your existing PP account NOW!  Make a report of fraud to Paypal.   If you gave the scammers any other financial account numbers change them!  Never give financial information to anyone over the phone.  Other sites have reported this number in connection with other numbers which are used by overseas debt scammers.

I called that number out of curiosity.  After hours.  The first thing you hear is some creepy music.  After a while someone will say "hold on while I connect you".   When you do get someone, it is a person talking with an Indian or Pakistan accent.  These people are nothing but debt scammers.  Ignore them and block their calls.

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  DIME  until the debt is validated.

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply block their calls and ignore them.

The caller said I had an unpaid loan out there. That they would send me a summons in the mail and that legal action would be taken. When I told them they were way off, and hung up, they called my wife. These people are ruthless scammers!

I received a call from this number saying that I've been served and requesting my social security number, when I refused to give it to him he proceeded to say he has it along with all my banking info and he knows where I live.  I said would you give me your social security number over the phone and he continued to threaten me.
