352 000  4321  was a Robo-call female voice offering me a limited time offer to lower my interest rate on credit cards.  I punched "9"  and got a live person named Nick.  I called him a scammer and he started in with his schpiel . When i said I don;t even have a credit card he hung up.

It's a scam.  Many of these kinds of calls connect thru Florida area code, but you can hear the clicks switch to another router somewhere.

i pressed 9 to "find how to lower interest rates on my credit card" when the person came on then  asked to have someone else call me back.  when i asked which credit card they named the big four, visa, master, etc... when i asked which banks whey worked for like capital one, chase, etc... they hung up o me.  seems like a scam.
