Got a text that said that said "you make me melt like a hot fudge Sunday text me -Emily L." SCAM!

This number just text me asking me to go out for coffee. How do i report this number. The link they sent me, i didnt click on it, but im questioning how my number was passed to this person. This is the link http://bit.ly/1djzlcN

I got a text from this number last night that read:

Would you be my prrey and I'll be your hunter?, text back...  Charlotte H

So creepy.... Blocked the number....
