Called my cell, left no message.  When I called back, all I got was a busy signal.

Due "to increased criminal activity in your area, GE Security is paying for five houses to receive a new OnStar home protection package installed at no cost to you.  To qualify, you must be willing to put a small, solar security sign in your front yard..."  When asked for the company address, they refuse to give it and hang up.  This means what they are peddling is the same as what they are supposedly preventing, i.e., criminal activity.  What a racket!  Here's the audio: www.doorbell.net\junk\alarm_pros.mp3

this number has called me several times per day for 1 week

They keep telling me they are the irs and they need to speak to me about an important matter. It's a recording and when I called it back and asked why they were calling my number she wanted my name but I said no here is my number now why are you calling me she proceeded to hang up on me.
