caller said they were from the IR and filing a law suit against me. It is a scam.

Just got a call from this number---we DO NOT ANSWER unknown calls and let it go to voicemail. Caller ID identified "New York, NY." Robotic message left was : ".....IRS is filing a lawsuit against you. For more information, call this number 347-903-7914." It's a scam---BEWARE!! The IRS will NEVER call you about a lawsuit!

I got the same thing IRS filing a lawsuit against me did not make sense that New York would be calling me in a different state they left a voice Message I did not answer nor will I return this call At that 13479037914

Received a call from this number at my workplace. All I heard before hanging up on it was "We have been trying to contact you" in a robot voice. Scam, definitely.

I got same IRS bs - called back from different phone# and got a gentleman with very thick (Indian?) accent, very difficult to understand. Said I was trying to reach JP Morgan and he said it WAS them! Could have had a lot of fun with this dude if he wasn't so hard to understand. Anyway, a scam for sure.

Picked up against my better judgement and got the same message about the IRS lawsuit. Number now in the blocked list.
