This number texted me an email address I could communicate with in regards to a car I was selling on kijiji. This person wanted to buy the car without seeing it and get it shipped across seas. He said he would get his mover to come pick it up once the money was sent to my PayPal. I researched it a little and discovered when you are selling to someone and receive a payment through PayPal you are required to give a tracking number of the item purchased and shipped. Otherwise the buyer can file a complaint that they didn't receive the item( which they probably did but you have no proof you sent it) and PayPal gives them their money back. Then you are left without your item and without money! Sellers beware! It seems impossible but you can be scamed as a seller as well as a buyer!
