Just got and email from that number saying that they are taking  me to court

I got the same email just now, Sweet Mom and SCAM!! 2.

I just got the same Email, is that really true, that they have given my SS # to the government?

The government gave you your SS #.  No one needs to give it to them.

You cannot go to jail for unpaid debt.  You don't have to pay a debt that isn't yours.  There are scammers sending emails and text messages trying to collect fake debts.  They can't have you arrested.  They can't visit your home to collect on the fake debt.
