This number called my phone and left no message so I blocked my number and called back.  A guy answered, THICK [***] INDIAN ACCENT:  "Hello, this is Chris Wilson with Professional Cash Advance.  How may I help you?"  He was really trying to speak slow so you could understand him, but I'm pretty sure I just called somebody in Mumbai.
