The calls are generated from India, but they use spoofed caller ID info.   The actual call center criminal last year when Lifewatch USA was running the same scam with the same recording, was a criminal in India named Rishabh Dev Beri in New Deli.  He also used the names "Alex Cooper" and Alex Zythum.  He and his criminal cohorts generate leads for American criminals like Lifewatch for $25 a hit.

I can't say with certainty that this is Lifewatch again, but they have been caught before and restarted after a time.  The lawsuits were filed against them over a year ago, and they may be back up to old tricks.

347-762-2167 and 346-331-4105 call and leave messages, when you press 1 and speak with a operator, it sounds like a call center and they ask about your personal finances.  When asked what company they are calling from they will always hang up on you

Credit card services.........they claim that the DNC doesn't apply to them.  Very arrogant and calling from outside the country now, it appears.
