This indian guy called me 10 times in a matter of 2 hours . stating i will get arrested . when i find out where this person is located i will have my lawyers on the job. he messed with the wrong one my dad is a judge n my hisband is a lawyer.

they call me all the time, I they said they work for a law frim, but couldn't tell me the name, I asked for the address, they kept asking me why do I need this, I said my lawyer needs it,  they gave me a fake address.

They called me and actually knew about a specific dollar amount that I had deposited and the date that I made the deposit in my bank account. Almost had me believing that I had actually gotten a paid loan I didn't know about! Then I found my atm receipt from the deposit. They told me they work for Cash Advance America which he (Mike Johnson) said is like the mother company of all pay day advance loans, and they were alling from Global Collection Agency. Tried to say I now owe them 5,000.00 + dollars for a loan that was only 700+/- but he would make me a one time payment deal or they would not only take me to civil court but also press criminal charges against me! Then when I told them I was not going to pay back money I never received or borrowed he said well we will serve you court paperwork on Monday. Monday come and went with out any serving, in fact the entire week went by. I of course canceled that account and informed the police on Monday. Friday I received a call from 951-489-0227 claiming to be a law office and when I told them that I had contacted the police and to stop calling me because it is harrassment he wished me luck and said they would be having me served on Monday at my place of business. Monday came and went it is now Friday and as of yet I have not been served. I have a few friends that are lawyers and they are all eager to take this case on, and to counter sue and press criminal charges against them! Don't Fall For It! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

Well they just called me with the same tell had the last 4 of my ss, my bank account, my name and home address.  They would not give me any informaiton where I could call and speak with the supposed company that I owed money.  I asked to speak to a supervisor and a woman name Sarah came on the line and started spotting off the same things and I ask her if she was an intellegent woman would she just give over 495.00 which was the total including the loan, refinance fees and fines.  I tried callin the number back but it was busy so I went on line to try and find out the name of the company and found all this fraud information on the number that I received the call from.  No matter what they tell you do not send them any money and file a complaint with the FBI.

I would like to report these people they are harrassing me so much they are calling me and telling me that i am a prime suspect and that there is a case file claim against my name and social security number i want them to stop calling me bothering me about money i am so sick and tired of this.
