My mother in law called but this number from another state came up on the CID.  We didn't answer because we didn't know the number but she called right back and said it was her.  She was using her cell phone. The second time, her right number came up. It was 9:12pm when the phone rang.

Whatever happened sounds kind of screwy to me.
