I to get it all the time. What can I do to get rid of these scams?

I just received this exact same email with same dollar amount in all. They got me about 2 years ago but I'm not feeding into this go round.

how is the process about ISP's Postmaster? I want to report they are criminals!

Won't work.  The callers and e-mail senders are located in India and Pakistan and as such beyond the reach of US law.  Call blockers and e-mail blockers can help, however.

Contact your ISP about where to send or visit their homepage and look for it. Also send a copy attached to the FTC:
SPAM@UCE.GOV
