I have put my number on the no call list and I am still getting calls. How do I stop these calls?

Just got a call from this number. Nobody on the line when I answered. When I called the number back got message that "the person I am trying to reach has a mailbox that has not been set up yet". These un-
solicited calls are getting out of hand. To make matters worse, I work at nite and am sleeping when a lot of these calls come through and wake me up.

What EXACTLY does being on the DO NOT call list do for us???.. this number is calling my cell phone as well, didn't recognize the number so I did NOT ANSWER.. next time they call.. Have a whistle ready, and blow it REALLY loudly in their EAR!
