Received a threatening call addressing me by name in a robotic voice saying "call back or you will get what's coming to you"

Robo-Extortion, the wave of the future?

Threatening call saying if I don't call this number he wishes me luck.

Addressed by first name then goes on to say that I (or my attorney of record) must contact him. If I don't he wishes me luck "as the situation unfolds". One of the more aggressive sounding scammers lately.

Wishing "luck as the situation unfolds" has for several years been a staple of talkoff scripts used by (primarily) South Asian crooks collecting phantom and invalid debts, usually claiming an aged payday loan is overdue.
