Calling my personal cell phone. i do not know anyone in NY. Ready to press charges for harassment.

This number keeps calling me and not saying anything.
Very annoying I do not know anyone in New York.

This number called my cell phone. I called back right away at least 5 times  and I kept on getting this voicemail. I was told that some numbers i'm sure including this one use your line to connect a long distance or international outgoing call so they don't pay when you pick up. The trick is for you to answer their incoming call so they can get on your network to make a long distance or international call. You might have a high bill coming your way unless you notify you service provider. The best thing to do is not to answer a number you don't know. If their intention is to reach you, the person calling will leave you a message, if no message is left then you'll know what the intention of the caller was.

I just got one of these calls as well. It rang 3 times then I answered and they hungup.

same as everybody else, hang up, call back, voice mail
