saying i need to get a lawyer, i did not call.  I claim has been filed against me.

Person said their name is Alex White calling from the department of legal Serbia of the U.S. Treasury and a claim has been filed against me. Must call or lots of legal stuff can happen to me. Not very professional sounding. Definitely not calling them back.

I just got this same call. Told him he was a scam. I started hounding him and asked for his number. I think he got scared and stopped talking!

Got a call from "legal department" claiming there was legal action against my wife and I needed to call them back. He said to have a "blessed day." Really?.Obvious scam.

Just received the same call.  Legal Department of the US Treasury looking for my wife.  Legal proceeding against her and she needs to hire a very good criminal attorney.  I told him I was a criminal attorney (I’m not).  He asked to confirm my address, and he had the right one.  I hung up.  This behavior is ridiculous.  I know it’s a fake, but I don’t like the connection of name, phone, address…
