I believe this person who text me and also emailed tried to commit identity fraud by renting out a apartment in San pedro ca. The person called himself Donald Jeo. He claimed to be a minister that was called on a mission overseas. He wanted to rent out his 1 bedroom house. So he sent me a application to fill out. When I went to the house it was already occupied. Everytime I asked questions about why people lived in the house he just wanted  me to fill out the rental application.  

I saw a post with the same information for a house in Los Angeles. The are code seemed off so I googled the number. Good thing I saw this! Thanks!
