Yes, well known business scam here. They want to pay by credit card, then want to pay extra for some reason and want you to wire the money somewhere. In the end the credit card charge gets reversed and you are out the money and the fees.

So glad y'all shared this info. Just received the sane texts...Robert wanting to surprise his 2 daughters with personal training. Now I know to cease communication with him. Thank you everyone for posting.
