A debt collection agency call solomon shineberg & associates. Lots of bad reviews about this company....lots!!

Got repeated calls from this number that say a decision was made on a matter and due to my lack of response it was not in my favor.  Then nothing for a while, then they start up again saying there is a claim against me etc etc.

called at 6:30 AM---didn't even leave a message

Called for someone with the same name as me.  I've gotten so many calls for this person!  The address doesn't even match anywhere I've ever lived. Then the guy started reeling off 4 names of people, people I've never heard from before, saying these people said they could reach me at this number.  It's my cell number. I kept saying he had the wrong person.  He was rude!!  Ended the call after he said he would pass it along to the local authorities.

Said he is Justin from Soloman, Shineburg and assoc. Never said what he wanted just that it was important that I call him back. It should be illegal for someone not to say their business when they leave a message.
