called but left no message

I did not pick up and they didn't leave a message. Unknown caller.

Missed the call and received a voicemail: "You can win a cruise to Bahamas if you take a short survey..." I deleted the voicemail at this point.

Received a call from this number (New York, New York), no message left.  Called back from work my work phone and a message stated "the survey you have called about is now closed and press 9 to be removed from the list".  I pressed 9 and the call disconnected.  My guess is a telemarketer or scam.  Number blocked.
