This person identified himself as Officer Dave Baptista with the Financial Crime Prevention - I believe it is a bill collector - we are an employer and we would like to know if he is legitimate crimp prevention officer or a bill collector

This person called my job and asked to talk to my manager and told me that we wants to get me fired> REALLY!!
I dont know how they got my number and now it is all over the place

I got a call from this number. He mentioned Netloan something --whoever it was; I havent done business with anyone like that. and read off where my bank account was. i could hardly understand this person. I tried to return the call and it to a phone message saying the call could not be completed.
