They called me asking for a payment of a loan for $300.00 I supposedly took back in 2012. Said if I didn't pay I needed an attorney and they would bring me to court. No idea what the heck they're talking about!!!

Received several harrassing calls from someone with an accent that sounded like he was from India. He said to send him money to payoff a loan. I am suppose to get a green dot money voucher because thats the only method of payment the company can accept. Uses the name Oliver King claims he is with the department of New York fraud division.

Basically same thing happening to me as these other two. Not sure if it's a fraud or legit as I can't remember certain information about loans saying it's from cash advance America. Told me works for acls affidavit consultation and fraud services. But it is a man named Oliver King that sounds Indian.

A man named Oliver King called stating I owed on a pay day loan.  He could not tell me when I received the loan or an account number.  He did email me a "settlement" letter that did not have any letter head, account, or contact information. He said the loan was from Cash Advance America yet the letter stated it was Advance Cash USA.  I have never received a loan from either of these companies.

They are rude, I asked them to remove my number and he told me to talk to his "Supervisor"... When I told them that I was going to report them he said "Are you threatening me" in a threatening manner.
