Similar to another recent report, this number sent me a text msg offering a free Target gift card for $50 if I called 866-514-6635.  When I called, the operator repeatedly deflected my queries about who they were working for, so I stopped providing information.  I suspect that it is a subscription marketing scam or, at best, flimsy program offer of some kind.
