They claim to be with "Cardholder Services" and offer to help lower you interest rates on your credit cards.  It is a prerecorded call and once you press "9" to speak with a representative and ask to be taken off of their call list, they either hang up on your or agree to do so very kindly.  However, they keep calling you back.  Anytime you start confronting them about having previously asked to be removed from the call list, they simply hang up on you!!!  VERY annoying 'company' to deal with.  Also, if you try to call the number back that appears on your caller ID, you only get a dial tone--the number does not work!!
